Postcards from Nowhere in Particular

The photographs that make up these postcards were randomly taken with a mobile phone, without looking through the lens, so that the resulting images represent fleeting, generalised impressions of the visual world. The texts are taken from fragments of conversation overheard on the same streets. Together the collections of words have no specific meaning, and yet there is still an impulse to fill in the gaps so they create some kind of narrative. 6 x cards, each 148 x 210mm
